We learned of In Between Days from a local friend who had just been here. What an exceptional experience that is unlike most other restaurants. Our server Nicole was very helpful in our Sake Sampler of 5 different distinct flavors. The Sake menu is very extensive & will fit most any palate or budget. Such a nice learning experience of tasting different brews. We essentially ordered one of everything on the food menu so we could taste their various preparations. All were sublime in every way, such care & beautiful creations! Delicious & very satisfying!!! We ran out of space for their special cheesecake… next time!

We booked a reservation at In Between Days on a whim and ended up having one of our best nights in St Pete. The vibe alone is worth the visit. They play a variety of vinyls, great music, and a comfortable, cool setting. We ordered a sake flight curated by the bartender and it was spot on. I also had a sake cocktail that was thoughtfully crafted and really delicious. Big surprise though: the food. We weren’t planning to eat, but everything was so good we stayed for a full meal and dessert. If you’re into sake or just want a cool, low-key spot with great atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend.

Cute little spot trying to recreate a small Tokyo sake bar vibe. Great music, limited menu but everything we ate was top tier. They had gluten free options which was nice. Their hand rolls were fresh and so good we ordered another round of them. I’m not much of a drinker but their N/a Ichigo was refreshing and my sister swears by their mock mule which surprisingly isn’t spicy. The space is small and fills up quickly with reservations. They do have some bar seating but that filled in within less than half an hour after opening. Noise level is moderate but the vibe inside is definitely intimate and social with your party. One thing to note is that parking is limited mostly street, you may need to walk a bit if the closer street parking is taken. Aside from that we will be coming back!

In between days is one of the best spots in the Tampa Bay area! The food is incredible. It's more of tapas shareable experience with a rotating menu. The sake selection is fantastic. The sake cocktails are incentive and delicious. The staff are great and knowledgeable about the cuisine and Sake. The space is cozy but small so definitely get a reservation!

Izakaya! Love the Japanese Pub concept. This is a 2026 restaurant highlight and great way to start the new year. We made a 9:30pm booking on a Sunday! Show up hour early and they welcomed us to the best table in the house, a high top between the bar and dining room. Amazing decor and vibe here with a friendly and knowledgable staff. So we ordered almost everything on the menu. Otoshi Set of small bites were little salads and this dish rotates daily, speaking to the freshness and fragile nature of food. Ambiance was amazing, down side hard to get good dish pics, but we tried. Hamachi, super fresh! Bone Marrow Shoyu ramen, Honey Miso Tartlet both amazing. The Rhythmic Droplet cocktail was nice but most exceptional was the sake suggestion made by the staff. Thank you for your service. Must dine if into a Tokyo-esk concepts.
